United Women In Faith Fall Meeting

Methodist Women met at Wesley for their final meeting of 2024 on October 24th. Officers for the coming year will be: President/Secretary – Marilyn Soyka; Treasurer – Beverly Drahn; Secretary of Program Resources – Jean Rencontre; Nominations – ’25 Mary Larson, ’26 Sharon Laabs, ’27 Donna Reed; Education and Interpretation – Jean Rencontre; Membership and Outreach – Gayle True; Mission Coordinators – Executive Board; Social Action – Barbara Pisco; Publicity – Linda Harrington; Cards Secretary – Barbara Pisco.

2024 RECIPIENTS OF MONETARY GIFTS (from monies raised at fundraisers and other contributions) are expected to include: Salvation Army, DOVE, Santa’s Headquarters; St. Vincent DePaul; Baycliff Children’s Camp; The United Methodist Children’s Home. Also, gifts are designated for Annual and General UMC Conferences, in part through members’ offerings for Call to Prayer and Self-denial and October World Thank Offering. Further donations to Wesley will be completed by the end of the year.
