World Communion Sunday

Wakefield joined us at Wesley this year.  Colorful foreign breads and juices were off the shelves of European Treats.  A delicious Ethnic Potluck was enjoyed by all.  Again, we featured the music of our Choir, under the direction of Mary Larson.  For the third  year,  our Guest Vocalist was Vincent Scheuren.  His songs ran the gamut from a touching rendition of “When the Poor Ones” (in Spanish) to a challenging, “One Moment in Time” and a “live karaoke” singalong, “Heal the World.”
